Protective Parent Document Sharing
Document Sharing To Increase Protective Parent Power!
Safe Kids International will provide a place to access legal documents for use in cases involving Court Licensed Abuse.
The idea of Document Sharing is that many protective parents have fought long and hard and spent countless dollars on legal documents which could be helpful to other parents who have no money left for an attorney--or for when they realize their own attorney is selling them out and they would be doing better getting their voice directly to the court.
Most cases in which children are not protected involve the same issues: violations of law and due process, wrongly shifting the blame to the protective parent, inadmissibility of parental alienation theory and other bogus diagnoses, evidentiary issues, children's rights, court-appointee issues, etc.
Please share only significant, well-written documents which can help parents protect abused children in the family court system. White/black out names if the documents are confidential.
Upload your documents to a website, blog or document service such as Scribd.com. Provide Safe Kids with the link and the Country/State, Subject, Title, Type of Document, and Who it was written by and email that to:
