Outline for Complaint to Ethics Commission
for Judicial Misconduct and Bias Leading to Endangerment of a Child
(i.e. for Covering Up Sexual Abuse)
1. MISCONDUCT
a. Misconduct involving evidence
i. Suppression of evidence of abuse
1. Keeping evidence off the record
a. not allowing evidence on the record
b. not allowing witnesses to testify (including the child)
c. striking testimony from the record
2. Denying access to evidence, e.g. forensic videotapes , in-chamber interviews, witness testimony, etc.
ii. Manipulation/distortion of evidence
iii. Fabrication of evidence
iv. Disregard of evidence
b. Misconduct involving privacy laws and policies to avoid public scrutiny and silence mothers and children
i. Official gag orders
ii. Verbal or covert threats/warnings to not speak about the abuse with loss of custody/visitation as punishment
iii. Sealing records
iv. Denying transcripts
c. Misconduct involving unwarranted severe punishment (apparently to intimidate and silence)
i. Deprivation of custody/ visitation
1. Switch primary custody to father
2. Decreased parenting time
3. Supervised visits
4. No contact while child is "deprogrammed"
5. Termination of parental rights
ii. Abuse of contempt powers
1. Sanctions

d. Misconduct involving collusion
i. Ex parte communication between judges and minors’ counsels, psychologists, mediators, etc.
ii. Ex parte hearings
2. BIAS
a. Biased findings
i. Use of the invalid Parental Alienation theory
ii. Labeling mothers mentally ill or unstable without credible evidence
iii. Contradictory findings, e.g. mother is alienating and mother believes the abuse occurred
b. Appointment of children’s attorneys, psychologists and others
i. Known by the judge/regularly used by the court in abuse cases to support rulings which favor abuser
ii. Known for using alienation/mental illness against protective mothers
iii. Known to be affiliated with fathers rights groups
c. Biased remarks and attitudes in court
i. Praising father/exaggerating good qualities while minimize bad
ii. Disrespectful attitude and remarks towards mother/minimizing strengths while exaggerating problems/holding mother to higher standard than father
iii. Praising of minor’s counsels and others who are siding with the abuser
d. Campaign contributions or any financial motives for bias
e. Miscellaneous bias
